Spring Break Camp
Overview
Join us for an exciting and educational Spring Break Camp focused on Jiu Jitsu, MMA, self-defense, and anti-bullying techniques. This camp is designed for children and teens to build confidence, learn valuable skills, and have fun!
Camp Activities
Jiu Jitsu Training: Learn the fundamentals of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, including grappling techniques, submissions, and positional control.
MMA Skills: Explore various mixed martial arts disciplines, including striking and cage work, to develop a well-rounded skill set.
