          For billing purposes, when selecting a START DATE for your Thrive Membership, please select either the 1st or 15th of the current month you are registering in - whichever is closest. Therefore, you will be charged monthly on either the 1st or 15th. The first month of enrollment will be prorated such that subsequent payments are due on the first (1st) day or the fifteenth (15th) day of the month; depending on the participant's enrollment date or whichever date is closest to the enrollment date reduce the prorated costs to the participant(s). Payment for subsequent periods will extend the membership and implies the participant's continued consent ot the terms of this agreement. Membership fees are non-refundable. Any tuition not received on time will be assessed penalty fees.

          If for any reason you decide to cancel your membership, please note you will be charged another month's tuition as your exit fee. We will only waive exit fees for serious injuries or if you are moving out of state/the country and will no longer be able to train. If you have any questions regarding membership, please reach out prior to completing the enrollment process.
